Coordinating daily customer related process, viz creation, updating, name change, load enhancement, complaint resolution through legacy application CAS.

Feasibility check (Commercial & Technical) for providing new connection.

Billing related tasks such as unscheduled bill generation, printing and distribution.

Analysis of scheduled bills against business validations and taking corrective action.
•
Disconnection/Reconnection related tasks, such as site survey, analysing & regularising incremental consumption disconnected customers.
•
Meter management related tasks such as device testing initiation, device replacement, removal, interim meter reading.
•
SAP ISU Billing related tasks such as Periodic billing of customer groups, Interim billing as per request, creation of billing order.
•
Analysing billing exceptional cases i.e. Outsorted cases and releasing them
•
Reversal of billing and invoicing documents.
•
Correction of billing documents through EABICO.
•
Creation of spool for periodic invoice documents.
•
Creation of manual billing documents as per requirement.
•
Device Management related processes wiz installation, removal, replacement etc.
•
Responsible for the Customer Service processes such as Disconnection /Reconnection processes, New connection processes, Extension processes etc.

Handling the Customer Service orders and notifications for the CS processes. Identified and created task list, main work centres, user status, and maintenance activity type and planner groups
