PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

With more than 30 years plus of industry experience in tier one construction and development of multiple asset classes and major projects nationally, I am responsible for the development and construction of Freecity’s Volumetric Modular Construction (VMC) projects as Chief Delivery Officer. I am involved in pioneering VMC especially its compliance and certification to Australian Standards and advancing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) to redefine how high-rise buildings are designed, manufactured, and delivered. My mission is to transform the construction landscape through smarter, faster, and more sustainable solutions. I have a proven track record in building high performing teams and fostering a culture of certainty of delivering projects safely, on program, on budget and to a high quality. I have worked with well-known national property and construction firms Mirvac, Probuild and Aqualand. I have previous responsibility and accountability experience in roles such as Executive Director Development & Construction, Head of Delivery and Construction, National Operations Manager, Construction Director, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager. In these roles, I was responsible for overall project delivery, project planning, construction management, risk and quality review and implementation, financial & program accountability, resource planning, feasibility analysis and budget control, industrial relations, value and cost management, commercial management, procurement and offshore procurement.
