Oversee day-to-day operations of security and soft services across various residential and commercial properties
•
Lead a team of 150+ security & soft service personnel across commercial and residential sites, ensuring smooth site performance and client satisfaction
•
Develop and implement site-specific security policies, SOPs, and emergency protocols, in compliance with SIRA and UAE regulations
•
Conduct risk assessments, site surveys, and contribute to the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for new and existing projects
•
Ensure all personnel are trained, certified, and meet compliance standards; manage onboarding, inductions, and ongoing development programs
•
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance, attendance, and grooming standards in line with company policies
•
Conduct regular security audits and weekly inspections, identify service gaps, and lead corrective action and service improvement plans
•
Collaborate with clients for operational planning, handle monthly reporting and address all feedback promptly
•
Provide strategic support to senior management on security and soft service planning, risk mitigation, and service quality enhancements
