Managing Hiring for Research, Strategy, Innovation and Technology etc
•
Handling recruitment process in the organization through Job Portals, Employee referral, Walk Ins, daily resources and networking
•
Serve as an experienced hire recruiter supporting the organization’s recruiting program
•
Implement the annual hiring plan and recruiting strategies that support the organization’s functions
•
Collaborate and build relationships with Candidates, business leaders, practitioners, professional organizations and key external partners
•
Work with business leaders to gather and compile hiring needs data
•
Understand the business needs and timely deliverables of resources
•
Active participation in Business Calls for staffing to ensure quick closure of open positions
•
Maintain quality consistently on all the processes
•
Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within Talent Acquisition to drive for quality and SLA's on all deliverables
