Responsible to provide administrative direction for Hospital Management towards clinical governance, accreditation, quality and risk management

Lead hospital wide quality improvement, patient safety and risk management program to ensure compliance towards regulations and statutory requirements
•
Lead Internal Quality Audit team and ensure all internal and external audits are carried out in timely manner
•
Review and recommend for the approval of Hospital Operating Policies and Procedures (HOPs) to the Person In-charge and the CEO
•
Ensure all regulations and laws imposed to private hospitals be enforced through appropriate HOPs (Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act (PHFSA), Competition Act, Personal Data Protection Act, Amendment to Medical Act 1971 and Medical Devices Act 2012 and etc.)
•
Enforce effective Hospital Incident Reporting protocols by developing open culture reporting on non-compliance for continuous quality improvement
•
Acting as Head of Infection control unit for setting up the Infection control unit in accordance with regulatory and MOH guidelines
•
Assist and co-ordinate enforcement of Occupational safety and health department
•
Trainer for hospital wide quality management programme, clinical governance, Incident reporting and accreditation programme
