Track and monitor all facility training on appropriate training matrix
•
Scan and file all training electronically and hard copy files
•
Work with leadership on training need and create plans to improve training and development for company and individual needs
•
Monitor trainers’ performance and frequency of their training
•
Keeping and creating detailed spread sheets via Excel for tracking everything training related
•
Creating PowerPoint presentations to deliver training
•
Organize new hire orientation with leadership
•
Work closely with all new hires in their probation period
•
Advocate for trainers and trainees with leadership
•
Conduct daily audits of employee job placement to ensure all employees are placed in positions they are set up to succeed in daily
•
Work with supervisors in conducting 30/60/90 day reviews for all new hires
•
Attend trainings to better my knowledge about the company and how we can continue to improve out training program
•
Create an offline training center to make training more successful without impeding production goals
