Ian is an experienced business leader across multiple technical disciplines including engineering, information technology, housing, care and property investment. Having worked in senior roles for multi-national civil engineering practices throughout his engineering career, this experience has provided Ian with a wealth of experience in analytical problem solving to provide cost effective progressive business models. As Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, Ian coordinates the vision of the PLC Board with the practicalities of the Operational Board. This links into all aspects of the business processes needed to drive the Senior Management teams in achieving the Group’s ever-expanding goals. Ian’s principle operational role in Fairhome is maintaining investor relations whilst working closely with all senior housing and care stakeholders to ensure Fairhome remain a “needs led” organisation at the forefront of change within the specialist supported housing sector.
