Network Security Operation Support and Management for Array & F5 Load Balancer and Barracuda WAF for SBI entities
•
Monitoring network device performance, health checks and ensuring optimal functionality
•
Performing Add/Remove/Modify changes on Load Balancers as per client requirements
•
Certificate upgrades, firmware upgrades, and hotfix updates on security devices
•
Creating Web & Application services on Load Balancer with policy creation and fine-tuning
•
Troubleshooting security devices and providing resolution within SLA timelines
•
Performing weekly & monthly backups and maintaining on FTP server
•
Data Center visits to resolve critical issues ensuring minimal downtime
•
Attending daily/weekly stakeholder meetings for issue tracking and action plans
•
Data Loss Prevention (DLP):
•
L1 Support for McAfee Endpoint Security products
•
Implementation & operations of McAfee DLP across 2L+ workstation nodes
•
Configuring and maintaining McAfee ePO server, policies, deployment tasks, and exceptions
•
Coordinating with Desktop/Server teams for McAfee-related issues
•
Creating blocking policies as per security requirements
•
Monitoring McAfee ePO server and DLP appliances (NDLP, ACC) health & statistics
•
Preparing daily ePO server health checklist
•
Creating and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
