Analyze the already existing JDE based ERP system, EDI maps and prepare the gap document required for migration. Analyze the optimum number of maps necessary. Had meetings with SAP technical Architect to design the IDOC specifications necessary for the implementation

Created/modified technical mapping specifications involving formats X12(850, 856, 810, 855, 875, 880, 812), IDOC, flat file. Updated mapping specification documents to reflect any changes required to existing maps and processes

Worked on critical implementations of onboarding Japan customers to Novartis EDI platforms

Developed new maps from scratch to integrate existing partners with SAP based ERP system after migration
•
Created business processes using Graphical Process Modeler/BPML as per business needs. Created Code lists for various code conversions

Create/maintain partners, communities, certificates, communication protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, VAN, AS2), routing for new/existing partners
•
Participated in project requirement meeting with trading partners to put forward requirements from EDI prospective
•
Delegating the new onboarding to team members and assisting them in completion of onboarding
•
Handling critical and urgent production support issues and resolving them within SLA

Simultaneously support development and support activities based on priority

Document weekly progress and prepare status report to client and business

Raising IBM Support/PMR requests for any application issues and coordinating with different teams in Alcon to resolve them

Primary resource in coordinating the Sandoz and Pharma Production Server migration from one Data Center to other Data Center

Sandoz EDI Services are managed by IBM. So all new TP onboarding go to IBM for development
•
I will be only primary contact for all EDI onboarding requests and Support related activities in Sandoz and Pharma

Gathering requirements from Trading Partners and business. Converting them to technical Mapping Specification to send to IBM for development
•
Once IBM is done with the setups, liaising with the Sandoz and Pharma business and trading partner to conduct testing and proposing any modification required
•
This role requires good business and functional knowledge of Sandoz and Pharma systems
•
Sandoz and Pharma utilizes Axway services for CSOS (Controlled Substance Ordering System) validation
•
To send a copy of PO to Axway we create Interchange pick up/delivery for new trading partners in Axway Interchange
•
Resolving all production support requests with in SLA
•
Raising service requests with IBM to investigate any data issues and submitting map change requests, if required
