Plan and manage the execution of Digital Marketing campaigns that highlight company’s value proposition and brand image

Prepare Marketing content targeted to all customers in MENA
•
Support the projects team with developing new solutions that meet customer needs in Strategic projects
•
Carry out project registration with our vendor partners
•
Negotiate project terms with the vendor which enables Xceltra to be competitive and facilitates positive project closure
•
Maintain the internal projects process and SLAs aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and positive project closure
•
Responsible for technical product approvals in Regulatory authorities: NTRA in Egypt, and CITC in Saudi Arabia
•
Maintain an on-going beneficial relationship and act as a focal point of contact for vendor partners
•
Act as an internal point of escalation to Sales, Presales, and Logistics teams regarding vendor issues
•
Prepare, review, and negotiate vendor partnership agreements
•
Work with higher management on putting together annual strategic partner plans
•
Manage Sales and Marketing activities with our Strategic partners
