Scheduled interviews, screening and referral of selected candidates

Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate, and all administration is completed and filed accurately

Administer and process monthly payroll; compile payroll reports, increment, overtime

Manages staff welfare and compensation to ensures it is adequately provided such as insurance claims, medical management, leaves etc

Liaise with Finance team on the staff budget allocation
