Troubleshooting down store issues with local contact and providing the resolution in a timely manner
•
On call with field technician for deploying and replacing Cisco/Juniper devices for the stores
•
Working with ISP when store circuits goes down and shifting the store traffic to it's backup path and ensuring minimal impact to business
•
Joining zoom calls with on duty managers for impacting issues raised by Walmart Distribution Centers and troubleshooting it
•
Performing IOS upgrades for Cisco and Juniper switches
•
Raising Cisco TAC cases to troubleshoot persistent issues and working closely with the Cisco tech's for a resolution
