Managing portfolio of Rs 643.46 Cr with customer base of 3902 applicants under two hubs i.e Panipat and Sonipat

Managing portfolio from 36 branches including urban/ semi urban/ rural branches of Panipat and Sonipat

Currently having CAD of Rs 50.00 Lac with L2 level deviation for file processing and CAD of Rs 100.00 Lac for renewal processing

Joint credit visit of customer done with sales team for better understanding of customer profile, customer needs/ requirements and end use of funds

Keep eye on portfolio health and able to manage NPA of hub at lower side 7.42% as compare to pan Haryana which is 7.50%
•
Make healthy co-ordination with business and collection team to keep the portfolio healthy through OOO cases under Risk 30, Risk 60 and Risk 90/EMR/ Nonstarter/ NPA/ Delinquent case under ODR, P27 and risk band
•
Organize regular cross functional meetings/ Training session with operation and business team which support in smooth functioning and reduce escalations
•
Managing team of 14 different vendor (10 advocates, 2 valuer, 1 PFI/CPV and 1 CPA) in different locations and given regular training/ meeting to update bank guideline which support in error free working
•
Vendor Management – On boarding/ vendor’s bill process/ vendor’s review/ agreement renewal/ staff confirmation/ staff ID card issuance/ Audit compliance
•
Support business team in clearing technical and legal issues with vendor and internal technical team in urban collateral/ security
•
Making healthy learning environment for newly joined Credit Manager and Relationship Manager in hub
•
Earn multiple digital Certificate/ Badges through bank’s online learning portal MPower

Participate in multiple learning program like quiz, corporate photography, story writing (Syahi) etc organized by HR
